RATES   Off Season  April 16th to Nov 26th is $109.95 per night, 3 night minimum   Seasonal  Nov 27th to April 15th is $249.95 per night   Spring Break  March 15th to March 30th is $349.95 per night   Holiday  Dec 15th to Jan 4th is $349.95 per night   A deposit of 50% of fee required at reservation time if 30 days or more before stay. Full amount due plus one night fee/security deposit 30 days before stay. Reservation made 30 days or less requires full payment plus one night fee/security deposit at time of reservation.
